ODA tips before you fly for dentistry

The Ontario Dental Association publishes a short dental-tourism page. It is not a RatedDocs page. The advice is still the right order of operations.
Know what you need before you leave. Get a written plan at home. Compare it with the plan abroad. If the second dentist wants much more work, ask why.
Keep English copies of notes, X-rays, and what was placed in your mouth. Continuity of records is how a dentist at home can help you later.
Know your recourse before you consent. The ODA’s words: as a non-resident, promises or guarantees may be meaningless.
RatedDocs checks that a written warranty exists. We do not treat you, and we cannot make a foreign warranty easy to enforce. That is the honest limit.
