How RatedDocs is different

Most sites sell a city, a clinic, or an ad. We list a person who passed six checks. If they fail, they are not on the site.

RatedDocsTypical directories & agencies
Who is listedThe individual dentist who will sit at the chair.Usually a clinic brand, a sales desk, or a city package.
What “verified” meansSix files. All pass, or they are not listed. No 98.Often a paid badge, a star average, or a form they filled themselves.
Who pays for the checkThe dentist pays a review seat after they apply. The fee does not buy a pass.Clinics often pay to be featured. That is advertising.
Before you flyA 15-minute video consultation with that dentist. Then a written quote.Often a coordinator. You may not meet the dentist until you land.
If the price jumpsIf the exam quote is more than 15% above the first written quote, the hold comes back.Surprise add-ons after you are already in the chair are common in public complaints.
If treatment fails at homeWe check that a written warranty exists. We do not treat you, and we are not liable for the clinical result.Recourse in another country is often thin. The Ontario Dental Association says guarantees may be meaningless for a non-resident.

Bookimed, PlacidWay, WhatClinic, and Google reviews can still be useful reading. They are not a substitute for a licence check on the named dentist. We do not treat you. We do not promise a clinical result.
